deXes was founded with a clear belief: organisations should be able to share data safely, on their own terms, without giving up control. From our offices at de Blend in Utrecht, we operate data marketplaces, run data space infrastructure, and help organisations of all sizes navigate the EU data economy.

We are an official EU and ACM recognised data intermediary under the EU Data Governance Act — one of the few organisations in the Netherlands to hold this designation. Our infrastructure is built on open EU standards including IDSA, iShare and EU Dataspace Components, ensuring full interoperability and no vendor lock-in.

Across our dataspaces — including the DMI (Dutch Mobility ecosystem) and AMdEX (Amsterdam Data Exchange) — deXes connects public sector bodies, research institutions and commercial organisations in live, production environments processing real data transactions today.

Coherenza — onboarding, consultancy & project management

Coherenza is the sister organisation of deXes, dedicated to helping clients get the most out of data space technology from the very first day. Where deXes provides the infrastructure and technical platform, Coherenza brings the human expertise to navigate the journey.

Coherenza specialises in three areas that are essential to a successful data sharing programme: onboarding — guiding organisations step by step into the deXes ecosystem; consultancy — advising on data governance, policy design and standards alignment; and project management — ensuring that complex multi-stakeholder data space projects land on time and to specification.

Together, deXes and Coherenza form an end-to-end offering: the technology and the expertise, always in close coordination.

Yuma (formerly part of Luminis) is a digital transformation partner that helps organisations launch better platforms, improve user journeys and streamline internal tools — from strategy through to delivery. Their expertise spans AI adoption, cloud architecture, security, data engineering and UX design.

As a deXes partner, Yuma supports implementation projects where data space technology needs to be integrated with existing enterprise platforms and workflows, providing the software engineering and architecture capacity to make it happen.

iSHARE Foundation is a non-profit organisation that provides and maintains an internationally recognised Trust Framework for data spaces. The iSHARE Trust Framework helps build a world where organisations can share data safely, fairly, and with trust — by making collaboration easier and interoperability between systems the default.

deXes integrates the iSHARE Trust Framework into its data space infrastructure to provide a standardised, legally grounded basis for identity verification, authorisation and data usage agreements — ensuring every transaction on the deXes platform is auditable and trustworthy.
